All cars and trucks are welcome and must complete registration form prior to the event. Vehicle owners do NOT need to come in costume (although strongly encouraged), however, ALL vehicles MUST be decorated. The theme of this year's FestiFall is: "Out of this World" (think aliens, outer space, space monsters, etc.)

RULES:
-Registration is FREE for this event, however all registrations are due by 5:00PM on Monday, October 21st
-All participants must provide their OWN candy for distribution, the City of El Cerrito will NOT provide candy
-No amplified music louder than audible from the area around your vehicle OTHER THAN Halloween themed music (no profanity or vulgar language)
-NO electricity will be provided for Trunkers
-Selling anything is strictly prohibited at this event
-Advertising your business, programs, etc. is allowed
-Vehicles must arrive NO LATER than 12:00PM and be decorated and ready to go by 1:00PM
-Vehicles will not be permitted to move or leave the parking lot until after 4:00PM
-All vehicles will be assigned a Parking Spot Number. Numbers must be placed on the dashboard of the vehicle, visible so staff can identify vehicle and owners.
-Vehicle owners must provide proof of insurance, vehicle registration and driver’s license with registration form. Only properly registered vehicles will be allowed to participate in this event. License plate numbers will be verified at event
-Most important of all…HAVE FUN and BE SAFE!
