Horsham Trafalgar Neighbourhood Council is consulting residents on whether or not they would support a 20mph speed limit on the full length of Rushams Road and Merryfield Drive/Redford Avenue with associated roads, excluding the “cul de sac“ roads as generally, the speeds here are low. However, if there is strong support from residents for those excluded roads we will look to include them.
