Please paste any URL link/s to reference images, photos, any helpful pictures to help begin the commission (e.g. share with me your chosen public Instagram, Facebook, Twitter images. To get the URL, right-click/touch and hold over each image in a new window, copy image URL from there, then paste URL link below, here). If you have problems with this process, confirm you will email attachments to laura@pinkapplejam.com below instead. *
Please also add details such as eye colour per portrait/character, plus any other specific detail (e.g. "Sarah has brown eyes. She would also like a red Hello Kitty-style hairbow") *
Client acknowledges there is a minimum 4-week turnaround from start date (note this is dependent on PinkAppleJam schedule and capacity); that start date begins from submission of reference images; that agreed or changed dates will be confirmed in  email communications. *

Client to relay final delivery date deadline here. If unsure on a deadline date or a deadline is not needed, it is advised to select a date here of at least 4 weeks days from day of form submission. (Please note the artwork commission can only begin AFTER picture references have been sent - the turnaround begins after reference images have been sent, not from when this form is submitted - so, please send refs along ASAP.) Of course if delivery is possible on an earlier date, that works out best for us both! *

Client agrees to respond to all artists' queries within 48hrs of receipt (This helps maintain the momentum and helps to meet your deadline) *

Client agrees to pay 50% upon acceptance of drafts (ie pencil stage). This is now a requirement because sometimes clients do not pay and have ghosted on commissions in the past. This will be invoiced via Paypal. First 50% payment is required BEFORE final artwork render/s can commence (so please note, any delayed payment at this mid-stage will also affect any final deadline requirements) *

Client acknowledges that life-affecting issues such as chronic illness as well as schedule capacity can affect delivery of artwork, so client appreciates there may be a chance that the commission cannot be undertaken. Please note that any commission requests for highly offensive and/or bigoted content will be outright refused. An update will be relayed to client via email, after this form is submitted, if taking on the commission is not possible. *
