This form is aimed at students and alumni of Oxford University who have had poor experiences of discrimination, micro-aggressions, racism at the university. We would like you to provide details of what happened and how it has affected you, as well as how college and university authorities supported or did not support you. Your entry can be anonymous and your entry may be used in an investigation by the Oxford Student newspaper into discrimination at Oxford University.

The investigation is being carried out by a BAME representative, a RaEM representative and the Founder of The Truth of the Matter which is a platform for members of marginalised communities.
