Mother Nature loves you! Show your love for Her by volunteering with the Sustainability Team!

During scheduled shifts, you will search the festival grounds for MOOP (Matter Out of Place). Every item that wasn’t originally on or of the grounds at the beginning of the campout, no matter how small, is considered MOOP. Help collect, compile and sort waste material to aid in easy disposal to refuse center. Spread the word to others on how to leave the land better than how you found it, a Starvibes principal.

Sustainability volunteers should be willing to work up to 16 hours over the course of the event and will receive one complimentary ticket to the event. A deposit of $100 is due upon signing their volunteer contract. Deposit will be refunded 3-5 business days after close of the event for all volunteers who fulfill their agreed upon shifts. Travel, lodging, and other supplies are the responsibility of the volunteers.


Responsibilities on shift include:
-Collect all MOOP found and dispose in receptacles- embodying our Leave No Trace efforts. Trash grabbers and gloves provided.  
-Deliver any valuable items discovered to "Lost & Found"
-Empower other Starvibers to participant in helping keep the property clean at all times :)
