OBJECTIVE:
As neither the American or Canadian government do not know how many Canadians served during the Vietnam War Era, the objective of this research is to ensure that each person who was a Canadian Citizen at the time of enlistment and served in the US Military during this time, is counted and Welcomed Home.

CANADIAN HEADCOUNT
In order to be counted in our research we will require the following information.   This will not be used for any other purpose but to confirm your service and Canadian citizenship.  It will not be given to any other source without your direct consent. 

NOTE: you must have been a CANADIAN citizen at the time of your enlistment in the United States Military during the 1959 to 1975.

  3. Town, Province you were from
  4. Branch of Service
  5. Date of Service
  6. Birth Date
  7. Copy of a DD-214 (confirms your military service)
  8. Copy of a Birth Certificate (confirms Canadian citizenship), or any other document that would confirm you were a Canadian Citizen at time of enlistment.
*** If you do not have a DD-214 we may be able to help, so please do provide as much information as possible when requested.
