SOAR Summer School Application 2021
Summer School will be in person for students.  There may also be a virtual option for those students who are unable to attend in person.  We strongly encourage students to complete summer school in person as it will help support students’ transition back to a full return to campus in the fall.  We also have many in-person activities along with social/emotional and academic support planned for our students to get them acclimated to the SOAR High School and Antelope Valley College.  Summer school will begin on July 1st, 2021, and end on July 28th, 2021.  Students will be expected to attend Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:30 AM and 1:00 PM. Please be advised that July 5th will be a non-attendance day for the observance of Independence Day.


We ask that you complete this enrollment application as well as the required Desert Sands Master Agreement (you will find the Master Agreement link at the very bottom of this form). Please be sure that you submit BOTH forms; this form and the Desert Sands Master Agreement. Upon completion of both requirements, you will be contacted by your school in June with your class schedule. *Please note that PE may only be offered in person at this time.

La escuela de verano será en persona para los estudiantes. También puede haber una opción virtual para aquellos estudiantes que no puedan asistir en persona. Recomendamos encarecidamente a los estudiantes que completen la escuela de verano en persona, ya que ayudará a respaldar la transición de los estudiantes para regresar al campus en el otoño. También tenemos muchas actividades en persona junto con apoyos sociales / emocionales y académicos planificados para nuestros estudiantes para que se aclimaten a SOAR High School y Antelope Valley College. La escuela de verano comenzará el 1 de julio de 2021 y finalizará el 28 de julio de 2021. Se espera que los estudiantes asistan de lunes a viernes entre las 7:30 am y la 1:00 pm. Tenga en cuenta que el 5 de julio será un día de no asistencia para la observancia del Día de la Independencia.
