- Online registration holds your team's spot for 2 weeks until payment is received.
- Coaches to provide a signed NAFA roster and Certificate of Insurance at check-in prior to first game.
- Top 4 teams at each age level will receive a berth to both the Midwest and Northern NAFA Nationals.
