Ecstatic Dance Festival 2023 - Crew Application form

Thank you for bringing yourself here and for being called to be a part of ED Festival and to offer your time and energy to making it a reality. Crew are really important to bringing ED Festival to life and we honestly could not do it without you.

We are a small festival and therefore do not have a big budget to work with. We do our best to offer suitable arrangements for all who help us to co-create the festival with us.

Please note:

-All crew will be required to pay a deposit (TBC) by end of June which you will get back (provided you completed your scheduled shifts) within 10 working days after the festival.

-Depending on your availability, we would offer a free festival ticket (including camping and all meals), we would also pay you for some of the shifts, see more info in the form.

-Some shifts can involve physically demanding tasks so please keep this in mind when applying.

-All crew are required to bring their own sleeping tents. Accommodation is available for extra cost and you would need to be book this via the accommodation booking link.

Crew applications are open until 1 June. We will be making offers on the first week on June. Everyone who applies will be communicated to via email.
