Fit 4 Life Fitness Program

In partnership with Fit 4 Life Health & Wellness, LLC., the Johnson Recreation Center is offering another 12 Week Group Fitness program that focuses on a variety of fitness levels to help participants build strength, flexibility, balance, endurance and much more!!

Dates: Saturdays | 8:00 - 9:00

Group Fitness Weight Training: 60 Minutes
This 1 hour class will focus on incorporating resistance training using free weights. This is a more advanced option for individuals who are looking for more of a physical challenge.

Location: 8550 Chippewa Ave., Detroit, MI

Cost: $5 per 30 minute session and $10 per 60 minute session

Please choose the date and time option that best fits your schedule. Once all registrations are entered, we will decide which times slots are feasible to offer. We need at least 8 participants to run a session. Classes begin on Thursday, January 19.
