Introduction and Application Consent
In 2022 we are offering every provider of social care in Hampshire the chance to join us without charge. This is a very special offer, but the care sector is facing unprecedented challenges, and we believe strongly that we will only be able to meet them by bringing as many of us together as possible.

Sadly we don't expect to be able to offer membership without cost again, but our hope is that by continuing to take on project work and building further links with local commissioning authorities, and by demonstrating the value of what we do to all of the providers in the county, we can offer significantly reduced membership fees in 2023 and beyond.

By completing and submitting this form, including the following information sections, I confirm that my organisation is a provider of social care, and that I wish it to be considered a member of the Hampshire Care Association for 2022.  I understand that there is no cost to this, but that if we wish to renew in 2023 a fee is likely to be payable.
