Thank you for your interest in participating in the 260th Anniversary Battle of
Bushy Run. Please read below prior to filling out the registration form.

INDIVIDUAL PARTICIPANT REGISTRATION
An Individual
Registration Form is required for all participants over the age of 18 unless
part of a unit (see below.)
Because our volunteers will have direct contact with the
public (inclusive of children), participants will need to provide BRBHS with
copies of the following clearances with their registration.
· Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Background Check
· Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance.
Participants will need to be juried prior to their
registration being accepted. Along with your registration, please provide the
following for the jury committee:
· Photos in kit
· Brief description of what you intend to interpret
All Individuals must acknowledge
on the registration form that they have read, understand and will abide by the
Bushy Run Battlefield Event Rules and Regulations.
All Individuals must
acknowledge on the registration form that they have read, understand, and will

Only Individuals who
have been approved by the BRBHS are permitted to participate.
Email registration form,
photo and information to: manager@bushyrunbattlefield.com for approval. The BRBHS will contact you if you
are approved.
UNIT AND SUTLER REGISTRATION
Unit Commanders or
Sutler Representatives may register their units below. Individual registration forms
will not be required for each member.
Unit Commanders or Sutler
Representatives will need to provide BRBHS with
copies of the following clearances for each of their members with their Unit/Sutler
registration.
· Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Background Check
· Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance.
Unit Commanders or
Sutler Representatives are responsible for jurying their own members.
All British battle
participants must be a part of a Unit.
All Unit Commanders or
Sutler Representatives must acknowledge on the registration form that they have read,
understand and will abide by the Bushy Run Battlefield Event Rules and
Regulations.
All Unit Commanders or
Sutler Representatives must acknowledge on the registration form that they have read,

Unit Commanders or
Sutler Representatives are responsible for their unit or employees.
Only Units or Sutlers
approved by the BRBHS are permitted to participate.
GENERAL
·
All reenactors must
camp in their respective camp.
·
No facial hair is
allowed for Native reenactors.
·
Participants’ dress
& equipment will be reviewed prior to each event day to confirm eligibility
to participate in the battle.
·
All demonstrators must
specify that they are demonstrating and what they are demonstrating on their
registration form.
·
All demonstrators who
are under the age of 16 will be required to have proper release forms from
Department of Labor in order to be paid.
·
Parents or guardians
can include children under the age of 18 on their registration form.
·
All battle
participants must complete the following, failure to do so may result in loss
of battle privileges or stipend:

CHECK IN UPON ARRIVAL
ON FRIDAY NIGHT (before 9 pm) OR SATURDAY MORNING (after 8 am) AT GATE

CHECK IN AND SUBMIT FIREARM
FOR SAFETY CHECK PRIOR TO BOTH BATTLES ON BOTH DAYS

A WAIVER MUST BE
SIGNED AT THE FRONT GATE UPON YOUR ARRIVAL AT THE EVENT, NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE
MADE.
