Cancellation Policy
Course location, programme and any course materials will normally be sent to you prior to the start of the course.  All cancellations must be sent in writing as soon as the applicant is aware that they are unable to attend.

If the cancellation is received 6 weeks (or 30 working days or more) prior to the start of the course, cancellation will be free of charge.

If the cancellation is received between 6 weeks and 2 weeks (10 working days) prior to the start of the course a cancellation charge of 50% of the course fee will apply.

If the cancellation is received after this point a cancellation charge of 100% of the course fee will apply.
