Branded is a Youth Entrepreneurship Conference focused on Black, Newcomer and MVP (Most Vulnerable People) entrepreneurs between the ages of 18-30. For the past 8 years Branded has remained the hub for young entrepreneurs to connect with others and receive important business supports.

A key feature of every Branded conference is our signature pitch event, where five entrepreneurs will have five minutes each to present their business ideas to a panel of judges for a combined prize pool of $10,000:

👉 First place: $5000
👉 Second place: $3000
👉 Third place: $1000
👉 Fourth place: $500
👉 Fifth place: $500

The pitch event will take place on August 27 at Artscape Daniels Launchpad (East Tower, 130 Queens Quay E. 4th Floor) from 5 - 9pm.

📅August 7 – Applications must be submitted before 9pm
📅August 12 – Finalists will be notified by email
📅August 16 – Finalists attend a mandatory pitch preparation workshop held at Artscape Daniels Launchpad from 6-8pm
📅August 27 – Finalists pitch their ideas live, winners are announced!
