Please fill in this form to register for your chosen course or multiple courses. Please ensure that you are the person that will be attending the course - if not then forward to the relevant person. Each delegate must fill in their own form so that we can keep track of numbers.

If there are multiple dates for the course, you will be expected to attend all dates and do some home learning pre and post course and between each date to be able to complete the course.

You will receive an automatic response on submission of this form and I have set up a form mule - you will then be contacted a few days before the course with final details, a link to join the training if it is online and your school will be invoiced.

Please note that if for any reason you are no longer able to attend please email katie@suttonssp.co.uk at least 24 hours before the course. Cancellations received later than this will result in full payment, if the course is over-subscribed.
