ENDORSEMENT OF STATEMENT ON NGO ACCESS TO AND AT THE U.N. IN THE TIME OF COVID-19 PANDEMIC
This statement is being issued by CoNGO--the Conference on Non-Governmental Organizations in Consultative Relationship with the United Nations. It was informed by a UN75 Dialogue on March 5, 2020  held  at the Churches for the UN in New York City and a virtual Consultation on NGO Access to and at the United Nations in the Time of the Pandemic on November 18, 2020. It recommits CoNGO to its primordial mission to enhance and protect NGO access and accreditation within the UN System. This endorsement process is an invitation to NGOs in consultative, observer or associated status to join CoNGO in this critical task of safeguarding civic space and promoting civic engagement. Endorsements by organizations only and not by individuals.
