  • If you are transferring to another high school or home school, we do not give out official transcripts. Please have your new school send an official request to us at: Registrar_Heritage@evergreenps.org
  • We do not send or email transcripts to colleges, that is YOUR responsibility.
  • Transcripts will be available for pick-up two business days, after your request is made. Please understand that if there are non-attendance days, your request may be delayed.
  • Transcripts will be available in the front office for pick-up. Please have your ID with you. 
  • Transcripts will be kept for only two weeks. If they are not picked up in that time they will be destroyed, and you will need to resubmit your transcript order. 
  • SAT/ACT scores are available on www.Collegeboard.org
  • If the student has graduated, the student must pick-up their transcripts. 
  • ID is required when retrieving your transcripts, we will verify your identity.
