Montgomery is creating a Community Fruit and Nut Orchard, we want to offer the opportunity to plant to as many community members as possible. This reservation will help us identify how many trees we can do per person and per family. This will be an effort to look back on and say, "I/we planted that" ~our hope is that they feed the generations to come!  In addition, planting a tree can be a wonderful gift to: the future generation, in memory of a past generation and a gift to the land itself. Also learn more about Japanese Knotweed, a plant that we see popping up everywhere! Please spread the word, registration will close May 12th, 2023. This project is being supported by: Vermont Department of Forests, Parks and Recreation, Urban & Community Forestry Program, and the U.S. Forest Service and our local watershed supporters, the Upper Missisquoi and Trout Rivers Wild & Scenic Committee.
