This form will close at 4 pm on Friday, March 5, 2020. This confirms your selection for the Fourth Quarter start date of Monday, March 22. After families select their model, each student will be required to remain within that option for the rest of the fourth quarter. This selection is critical for our ability to assign and design the staffing necessary to accommodate both remote and on-site learners.

For parents who choose the on-site learning option, their child will have the opportunity to attend class at school, when health conditions allow. For those who were remote first, second and third quarters and are choosing to return on-site, a waiver will need to be signed at school, along with a new learning contract.

All parents/guardians will sign a new learning contract for the fourth quarter and return to school by Monday, March 22. There are two forms separated by grade levels, a K-5 learning contract, and a 6-8 learning contract. Please review the expectations for both types of learning. We will be following the expectations closely this quarter in order to fulfill the Kansas State Department of Education requirements for remote learners.
