Pre Skates Sign Up (U13, U15, & U18)
Players who wish to attend the Lynx Pre Skate Sessions for U13, U15, or U18 must have first registered & paid for a Lynx Tryout Passport in RAMP, then sign up for the Pre Skate sessions using the form below.

Participants may sign up for 1 or both sessions depending on availability. All Pre Skate sessions are held at the Lindsay Rec Complex - Pad 2 (Refer to the Lynx Website for individual age division times)

Maximum limit of 30 participants per session (including max. 4 goalies)

**Due to limited space, a $25 fee will be imposed on players who sign up but do not show up to the session. Please honour your commitment**

Acknowledgement: 

- My Player has registered & paid for a for Lynx Tryout Passport at either the U13, U15, or U18 level

- My player agrees to commit to attending the above selected Pre Skate session(s) and to be responsible for a $25 fee per missed session in the case of a "no show" when attendance is recorded
