Event Information:
When: Sunday, June 4th to Tuesday, June 6th
Where: Whispering Springs Wilderness Retreat
Address: 141 Mercer Lane. Grafton, Ontario. K0K 2G0
Attendance expectations: 65 sleepover guests, and 45 "day-tripper" guests on the 5th only

Vendor Information:
When: Monday, June 5th
Booths open: 10:30am to 3:30pm
Booth set-up: Arrive any time 9:00am onwards
Booth take-down: 3:30pm to 4:30pm
20 vendor spots are available

Inclusions:
6-foot vendor table (table and linen provided for you)
1 (One) Instagram post with clickable link prior to event, to broadcast your involvement
Company logo on the Camp Mom Halo website from March to June. 
Meals while at event (lunch, snacks and beverages*max 2 drinks* for 2 vendor attendees max)
Promotional item included in our Camp Halo Swag bag, these must be sent to the Mom Halo team week of May 15th, 2023
Cost: $400 + HST
