Acknowledging the unique backgrounds, experiences, perspectives, and aspirations of our college community can develop more inclusive and equitable approaches. Let’s humanize together!

We welcome equity-minded workshops that cover key topics such as cultivating empathy, personalized learning, community building, communication, and accessibility. How are you centering the student experience in your work at the college? Share your and/or your department’s practices and tools to inform how we can further connect and support our students. These workshops will aim to provide practical insights and strategies for faculty, classified professionals, and administrators to create equitable, inclusive, and student-centered environments.

THINGS TO KNOW:

As of July 2020: Using the Vision Resource Center (VRC) as a workshop presenter, you will manage your workshop rosters, email attendees, and mark your workshops' attendance within VRC.
