Please review the draft redevelopment concept for Allegheny Dwellings and let us know what you like or would like to see changed. The current configuration includes 174 housing units; the proposed mixed-income redevelopment includes new open space/plaza, sidewalks, to connect townhomes & mixed-use buildings and take advantage of views with a total of 133 housing units at Allegheny Dwellings and additional 94 new housing units nearby.
