To Help us the Most: * Please consider covering your foursome by choosing a Sponsorship Level as this is one of the only two annual fundraisers for our ministry to local teenagers. Sponsors can donate by check or online by May 17th. Please contact Mike T. with questions. Thank You!

Golf Sponsorship Levels 2024:

- Major $3,000+ (Sole sponsorship of one hole, Company Logo displayed at club house/registration, name card in each golf cart, four free players either format included)

- Jones $2,000+ (Sole sponsorship of one hole, special promotional benefits, four free players either format included)

- Nicklaus $1,500+ (Sole sponsorship of one hole, four players either format included)

- Palmer $1,000+ (Sole sponsorship of one hole, two players free either format included)

- Hogan $500+ (Shared sponsorship on a hole with two other sponsors)

Prices for non- sponsors:

$150 for Individual Registrants
$250 for Two-player teams
$500 for Four-player teams

We are asking teams to submit your funds by check (or cash), to help us avoid additional Credit Card fees.
