I  grant permission for photos or video images of my child being involved in Vacation Bible School at First Landmark Baptist Church activities to be included in various church media (Newsletter, bulletin boards, video clips and church/youth website, etc.) for the purposes of reporting on ministry activities to the congregation and publicizing First Landmark Baptist Church to the community. These photos/images will not include contact information.
