Nutana Notable Neighbour Award Nomination Form
Please complete all of the information below to submit a Nutana Notable Neighbour Award.  Awards are available to Nutana residents or patrons that make the neighbourhood a better place to live, work, and enjoy.  There is no limit to the number of nominations one person can submit.  

Deadline for nominations for each year is March 31.  All nominations received after March 31 of each year will be considered for the following year's award presentations.  

All nominations are reviewed and a nomination does not guarantee an award will be presented.
