AGREEMENT: I WOULD LIKE MY CHILD TO PARTICIPATE IN THE SOCIAL SUMMER CAMP 2025 I will send my non-refundable payment of $640 (for siblings it is $585 per child) via VENMO to @SOCIAL_NJ. I give my child permission to attend the  SOCIAL SUMMER CAMP 2025. I, as the parent, along with my child, are committed to this program, which will include a good attitude and participation in all activities & complying with current COVID-19 policies. I understand and accept responsibilities should my child be exposed to COVID-19. I will NOT send my child if they have a fever. I am aware that drop off and pick up is the responsibility of myself and/or my child's guardian. I acknowledge there will not be any refunds for the program. *

ALLERGEN DISCLAIMER: Due to the nature of our schedule and planned activities, SOCIAL SUMMER CAMP can not monitor or guarantee that the facility will be free from allergen causing food particles ( with food prep & wellness activities).  Within those limitations,  SOCIAL SUMMER CAMP will strive to provide as safe an environment as possible for children with serious or life-threatening allergies. As we will be making plant-based meals, there may be ingredients offered that are not plant-based. Please be aware of these will be available to the campers at times.

PHOTO/SOCIAL MEDIA/MARKETING RELEASE: I grant permission to SOCIAL SUMMER CAMP, its agents, and its employees to irrevocable and unrestricted right to produce photographs and video taken of my child while at the  SOCIAL SUMMER CAMP, for any lawful purpose including publication, promotion, illustration, advertising, trade or historical archive in any manner or medium.  I hereby release  SOCIAL SUMMER CAMP  , and its legal representative from liability for any violation or claims relating to said images or video.  Furthermore, I grant permission to use the statement of my child, myself or family members given during an interview or evaluation with or without my name for the purpose of advertising and publicity without restriction to time limit or geographic area.  I waive my right, my child's rights and my family's rights to any and all compensation stemming from the use of these materials.
