This
is the reception desk for students with disabilities who wish to receive accommodation
and adjustment for their studies and whose name of disability or disease has
not yet been determined (the medical certificate mentions "tendency,"
"appearance," or "suspected" condition),or who is difficult to obtain a medical certificate We can
also accept a proxy application from the student's
parent/guardian, but even in this case, the student must declare his or her
intention to receive reasonable accommodation.
The
information submitted on the reception form will be shared with the
Accessibility Resource Center coordinator for future action. The Accessibility
Resource Center coordinator will contact you approximately one week after
receiving your application.
*If pursuit of your studies in itself is making you
unwell, or you are unable to continue attending school simultaneously with
medical treatment, etc., you should consult your doctor (also consulting your
home department or graduate school if enrollment status changes) and prioritize
medical treatment and rest.
If the university does not think that you are in a
condition to pursue your studies, we will hold an interview and postpone the
arrangement for reasonable accommodation.
In addition, reasonable accommodations will not
apply to changes in the essence of classes (changes in goals to be achieved or
grading standards), those that are not the primary business of the university,
those that have a significant impact on other students, or those that result in
an excessive burden.
