Harney ESD has a meeting room available for activities of an educational nature. The room may be reserved by approved educational agencies at NO COST for use during regular business hours. Harney ESD's facilities are also available for private, public or commercial use for a fee.
Harney ESD's parameters of use include the following:
- Room availability is restricted to normal business hours – Monday to Friday, 8:00AM to 3:30PM.
- Meeting rooms are to be left in same condition they are found.
-Harney ESD does NOT have an area for food preparation or cold storage, please plan accordingly.
- Catered food and beverages may be brought on-site, as long as food waste and trash are disposed of immediately after the meal or at the end of the meeting/event. Trash and recycling containers are provided.
($25 fee will be added to the room fee.)
-Some audio-visual equipment is available for a fee with advance request (see below).
-Materials and handouts are the responsibility of the meeting organizer.
-Room doors should be kept shut; this keeps noise levels down and helps regulate room temperature.
