Want to visit a CEO Class?
Hello! If you would like to attend a CEO class for a day to experience CEO, please fill out this form.  The form will be shared with your school administration and must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance BEFORE you will be approved to attend.  Upon completing the form, please email the Facilitator, Melanie Brown and your school principal to submit your request.

In order to have permission to attend you must do 3 things: 
1. Your parent or guardian must email your school (principal) and Melanie Brown, the CEO Facilitator granting you permission to attend. 
2. You are responsible for your own transportation to get to & from CEO class.
3. You must dress up (no jeans, sweat pants, hoodies or tennis shoes).
