Please note that by submitting your information below you agree to release Vishwa Hindu Parishad Canada, its members and partners from all liability relating to personal injuries property loss that may occur during traveling as part of core or short-term volunteer or non-traveling coordination. By submitting this form,  you agree to entirely free Vishwa Hindu Parishad of Canada, its members and partners from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence. In addition, by submitting your information below, you also affirm that you are of age 21 or older and willingly forfeit all right to bring a suit against Vishwa Hindu Parishad of Canada, its members and partners for any reason. You will also make every effort to obey safety precautions as shared in writing from time to time and/ or as explained to you verbally. You will ask for clarification when needed to maintain yourself and your family/ group safe. 

                                                                               Terms and Conditions for Registration
  1. By providing your information below you agree to receive communication from VHP Canada team for Shri Ram Rath Yatra. 
  2. VHP Canada team is inviting requests from local Hindu / Indo Canadian organizations as well as Individuals to get community darshan (minimum 25 devotees) and blessings from Shri Ram Vigrah at their own venue/ home. While we will make every possible effort to accommodate all request please note it may not be possible to get Shri Ram Rath to every community venue due to various reasons. Submission of a request for community darshan does not guarantee that the request has been approved. VHP Canada team will get back to the requester for additional details before any request is reviewed and approved. 
  3. In case a community darshan is approved for a requester VHP Canada will not be liable for arrangements at the Venue. The requester would need to make adequate arrangements for a safe and secure community darshan and will release Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) Canada, its members and partners from all liability relating to personal injury or property loss that may occur during the event.
