Library of Congress Master Teacher Program - 2020

This application is to be used by teachers who wish to apply for the 2020 Library of Congress Master Teacher Program. To be considered for this program teacher must complete this application, including the written portion, no later than midnight ET on Tuesday, January 7, 2020.

Please Note:
Teachers must be available for an on-site program at the Library of Congress in Washington, D.C. from July 26-August 1, 2020.
Teachers will engage in a five-day advanced training workshop with staff from the Library of Congress and National History Day.
Teachers will author a chapter of a teacher guide using Library of Congress resources to teach historical argumentation.
Teachers will receive a stipend upon successful completion of their chapter.

All teachers will receive a copy of their application to their email upon completion and all teachers will be notified with their acceptance decision no later than January 31, 2020.
