The full conference fee is estimated to be £200 at flight prices today. This price is confirmed if you pay your deposit today.

A £40.00 deposit is required to secure your spot.

Terms and Conditions of your Deposit
Payment of the deposit guarantees a place on our delegation to CUIMUN, pending payment of the full ticket price.
The deposit is forty pounds payable to the Edinburgh Model United Nations Society (‘us’), a society registered with the Edinburgh University Student Association.
It is only refundable if;
- You provide to us evidence of a medical condition preventing you from attending,
- You provide to us evidence that you have a conflicting University of Edinburgh examination,
Or the whole delegation is canceled.
If the whole delegation is canceled, you will be given notice via email.
You will be invoiced for the remainder of the cost of your ticket (at the time of the writing of these terms and conditions, seventy pounds, but this is subject to change) by email.

Privacy Notice
By providing to us your data you consent to its being processed for the purposes of attending the CUIMUN conference.
We will not share the information you give us with any other individuals, groups, organisations or companies.
