Lowe Academy COVID-19 Online Teaching Policy Consent Form

The safety of Lowe Academy students and staff is our number one priority, and although we have a lot of exciting online teaching options to explore it’s vital that all parents/guardians, students and staff agree to an online teaching code of conduct.

With this in mind, please read through the following 7-part Lowe Academy Online Teaching Policy and confirm whether or not you understand, agree and are happy to continue with online lessons by submitting this form.

Any queries should be emailed to info@loweacademy.com .  If you do not consent to the policies outlined below then online lessons will not continue.  Your customer privileges will not be affected, refunds will be made where applicable, and the student’s lessons will still be able to continue within school as standard post COVID-19 crisis (should you wish this).

1. Contact/Profile Information

1a)  Teachers will only log on using their company monitored ‘first name’ @loweacademy.com email accounts

1b)  Parents/Guardians must use their own choice of email address to establish video conferencing connections

1c)  Students must not use their own personal email addresses at any time

1d)  No social media account information should be shared between the student and teacher with the exception of Lowe Academy’s own branded company accounts.
