Camp Jag 2020:  August 21st
Hello, incoming freshmen and their parents! We are very excited to meet you all for the 2020-2021 school year. Your Freshman Mentors can't wait to show you around Cooper and get to know you! The Freshman Mentor Program (FMP) will be hosting an orientation to Cooper on Friday, August 21st.  Due to Covid-19, we are looking at three options for Camp Jag.

1) Hopefully, we can have our normal, in-person, Camp Jag where you will meet your mentors, tour Cooper, find your locker, and even learn about school spirit at Cooper before having lunch. This event involves ALL freshmen joining us at RCHS from 8 am to noon.

2) We realize option one might not be possible, but are going to try hard to have something at Cooper. Our second option will involve each JAM room coming in at a different time.  You will be assigned a time to join us at Cooper according to your third period class.  You will still meet your mentors, tour Cooper, find your locker, learn about school spirit and enjoy lunch with your mentors.  This option will allow us to still meet together while practicing safe social distancing.

3) If we are unable to meet in person, we still plan on having Camp Jag virtually on Friday, August 21st.  With this option, our FMPs will be producing a video highlighting school expectations, providing a virtual tour of the school and concluding with a virtual meeting with your mentors and class.

We would LOVE it if you could join us! Please register below if you are able to make it as well as providing us with some information to help make the day possible!

Will your student be staying for lunch? *
Lunch will be provided by our amazing PTSO - in the past, we provided pizza and water.  We are looking at other, pre-packaged options this year.  Your answer to this question will help us with a number we need to prepare for that day.  Students are welcome to bring something else if there are any dietary restrictions.
Student T-Shirt Size *
All freshmen at Camp Jag will receive a free Class of 2024 t-shirt to wear in their very first Cooper class photo at the end of Camp Jag!
THANK YOU!!!!
