Add Referees for a Volunteer
Use this form to provide reference information for new adults / when someone changes their role in Scouting.
As a reminder:
Referees cannot be family members or partners.
You must supply 2 references (3rd is optional).
Only one reference can be a member of the Scouts.
One referee must have known the person
more than 5 years
Group Trustees
only need either:
The date of the AGM where they were elected.
or the date of Trustee Board meeting where they were nominated / co-opted.
Occasional Helpers
We trust Occasional Helpers to pour juice into cups without a reference check.
Remember that occasional helpers are not insured and should only help 1 week in 4.
