StatFest 2024 Registration
The ASA's Committee on Minorities in Statistics welcomes you to StatFest: a free, one-day conference aimed at encouraging undergraduate students from historically underrepresented backgrounds to consider careers and graduate studies in the statistical sciences. 

This year's conference is hosted by Columbia University in New York City.

Students will hear from graduate students and professionals across a broad range of careers in the statistical sciences who will share information on their pathways and experiences and provide advice for success. Additional info sessions will cover tips for networking, finding summer programs, and applying to graduate school. They can visit the Expo to meet with representatives from graduate programs, summer internship programs, and potential employers. StatFest also gives students the opportunity to make meaningful connections with others in attendance.

Time: Tentatively 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. ET (light breakfast available 8:00 to 9:00am; lunch and snacks provided)
Cost: Free!

Travel Award Applicants (application available separately)
A limited number of travel awards are available for undergraduate students traveling within the US in need of financial assistance to travel to StatFest 2024. If you are seeking a travel award, please submit an application (separate form) by June 1, 2024. Because space is limited for StatFest 2024, we kindly request that Travel Award Applicants do not register for the event until they have been selected for a Travel Award or have found other means to attend StatFest.

 If you are interested in exhibiting at StatFest 2024, please check the StatFest website on or after April 15th to submit an Exhibitor Interest Form. Interested parties should complete the Exhibitor Interest Form by June 15 for priority consideration. An initial selection of exhibitors will be notified by July 1, with priority going to sponsors of the event.
