2023 Vendor, Artist, and Exhibitor Invite Survey
Please fill out this survey to be considered for inclusion in the WhimsyCon 2023 vendor room!

You will not be considered until you complete the entire survey. Note: missing or incomplete answers may delay your consideration. We may ask additional questions of you after your survey is complete, such as how does what you sell help further our mission of inclusiveness and representation.

IMPORTANT: This application is an application of INTEREST for a vendor/author/artist space only. We will not be able to accommodate every potential vendor, author, and artist! Our attendees only have so many dollars to spend, and we want each vendor to be financially successful. We could find more places to tuck vendors and cram people in, but that wouldn't provide a good experience for everyone.  And so, we cannot guarantee a spot in our space. Vendors are chosen by the WhimsyCon committee, and you will be informed of our decision either way.

Those vendors who are chosen who wish to be sponsors will have their vendor space choices taken into account before non-sponsors.

Exhibitor Type
If you are an Author, Artist, or Vendor whose application is accepted, we will offer you a spot in our vendor room.  

If you are an artist, you have the option to also, or instead, purchase space in the Art Show.

If you are an organization who is instead looking for a "fan table" to promote or recruit for your fan organization, event, group, service, LARP or DnD or Tea party, or other, and not planning on actively selling during the convention, choose one of those selections.  We have limited space, so accommodation for tables outside the vendor hall is limited.

If you select "other" please contact us.  You will be treated as an exhibitor outside the vendor room until further distinction is made.
