Transfer Chair Pre-Shipping Checklist

To minimize the probability of the chair being unsuitable for you, we'd like you to respond to the questions below. Please note that we will not ship the chair until we receive your response, so it is IMPORTANT that you respond!

What's your Order Number? You can get this from the Order Confirmation email that you received. *
a) The Transfer Chair is not designed for people who are very weak or completely bedridden. Is the user still able to sit upright, hold the armrests and lift the buttocks up by about 3 inches, in order for the seat plates and/or cushion to slide underneath? *
b) The seat plates need to open in order for the user to get in and out of the Transfer Chair. A minimum clear space of 38" (95 cm) is needed, and it cannot be obstructed by armrests, bedrails or walls. Have you checked that the furniture and toilet where you plan to use the Transfer Chair has sufficient clear space? *
c) The overall width of the Transfer Chair is 24" (60 cm) for the 19" version, and 28" (70 cm) for the 20" version. Have you checked your door widths to make sure the Transfer Chair can go through? *
d) The maximum seat height of the Transfer Chair is 22.8" (57 cm). Have you checked that the height of the bed and other furniture you plan to use the Transfer Chair with is lower than 22.8" (57 cm)? *
e) The rear wheels need to glide beneath the furniture in order for the seat plates to go over it. Have you checked the measurements below to make sure there will be no obstruction? *

f) The chair is designed to be pushed on hard, level flooring. As such, it may be difficult to push it over carpets, thick rugs and small curbs. Have you checked if there are any such obstacles in the areas where you plan to push the chair? *
g) The seat plates are made of steel, which can be hard and cold, with a commode hole in the center. Have you checked if the user will be comfortable sitting on it for toileting purposes? *
If your answer is "No" to ANY of the questions, do re-consider if you wish to proceed with the order. At this stage, you will not be charged for cancelling the order as it has not been shipped. Do you still want us to ship the order? *
Return Policy
While we do our best to minimize the probability of a return, we cannot ensure 100% that the product will be suitable for you. As the buyer, you will have to bear some risk as well.

As stated in our Return Policy (https://www.axcellencemarketing.com/pages/shipping-returns), you can ask for a return within 7 days of receiving the product, but only the cost of the product can be refunded and not the shipping fee.
