Sila luangkan masa untuk membaca Tatakelakuan dan Garispandu seperti diterangkan di dalam Perlembagaan PABD dengan teliti sebelum memohon keahlian anda. 

Sila maklumkan sebarang perubahan pada maklumat awda kepada Setiausaha Agung PABD.

Please note that your name, membership and current status will be updated on the member list page in the PABD website.
