Having a drum is needed in order to participate. I either have a shamanic drum OR I commit to getting one before the journey begins. *

It is necessary participants have worked on their traumas in some way before taking part. The ability to take responsibility of of one's emotions & not to full-on project onto others is an important base for the group. Have you done trauma therapy, shadow, healing work of any kind, groups or 1:1? *

Do you agree to fully take responsibility of your actions and boundaries, as well as respecting the boundaries of the facilitators and other participants? *
Are you ready to commit to this journey? To watch the practice videos, do your homework, to show up in the zoom calls for the entirety of the 9 months?  The absence of one of the participants effects the entire group; so this means I would rather have you there, resting behind your screen and not fully taking part than to be absent. Are you ready to commit to actively participate in the group process? *
Can you commit to showing up in the zoom calls ON TIME & sober? (let me know in a private message in advance if you can not attend) the container will be closed 5 minutes after the call begins. *
To receive the full potential of this straining a certain technical set up is needed for the zoom calls. Are you able to make sure you are in a private, spacious, well lit space for the calls with good quality online access? We will need space for embodiment practices and rituals & if we can't see you or your connection is unstable, it disrupts the space. *
Also a basic set up of audio equipment is required; mic, mic stand, cable, interface - so I & the rest of the group can hear & feel you fully. Are you ready to commit to arranging the necessary equipment before the beginning of this training, incl. learning how to use it & how to set it up and use it in zoom yourself? I can provide information & tips on which set up might work best for you.

Another part of the container will be our Slack - support group, which requires your presence as well. This will be our communication channel for sharings, practical info, homework & over-all communication. Are you able to commit to participating in the use of this programm/app & to stay available to be reached through messages?

There are no refunds of the payment once made.

Upon enrolling you will receive a copy of an Agreement including more detailed Terms & Conditions that entails information about being sick, time, cancellation policy of 1:1 sessions commitment & equal responsibilities etc. for you to have a look through, to negotiate changes if needed, consent to & sign before being billed.

You will be asked to have a max 30 min. discovery call & interview with me via zoom, in which we both can get to know each other & to feel the yes to work together. I will send you a link to an online calendar via e-mail. *
