Liberty Pro Match Request Form

  1. Complete and submit your match request form.

  2. Do not submit a request if you do not intend to pay for the match.

  3. Your content will be reviewed by Liberty Pro staff and the selected match participants.

  4. Pending approval:

    • Approved: You will receive an invoice with payment due seven days before taping. If payment is not made on time, your match will be cancelled.
    • Rejected: The content will be returned to you with notes to either change the content or select different match participants. We will work with you to get your content approved and your match booked.
  5. Match requests must be submitted no less than 10 (ten) days prior to taping. Match requests submitted nine days or less prior to the taping may be placed on a pending list, but will be subject to payment being due immediately upon approval.
  6. You may request as many matches as you like. However, payment for a match must be completed before your next match request will be processed. For example, your first match must be paid for before your second match will processed. And your second match must be paid for before your third match will be processed.

Attire *
Describe the attire for each participant above. You may submit links to photos or reference participants by match numbers from our website. These descriptions should include any entrance gear and references to footwear or barefoot. Stating "Regular Gear" will leave the decision to the match participant. No nudity will be allowed. We will not accept requests for any of the following:
  • thongs
  • G-strings
  • bikinis
Use participants' names to associate attire, for example:
          Little Bit - entrance jacket; regular in-ring gear; wrestling boots
          Million Dollar Baby - no entrance attire; orange singlet in match 1616; barefoot
          Diana Taylor - referee shirt
Referee *
There is no extra charge for a regular referee. If you would like to select a special guest referee, be sure that participant is also selected in the participants list above and select the Other option here.

Select the match type that best describes your match request.
PILEDRIVERS
Important Notes Regarding Piledrivers or Similarly Executed Maneuvers:
  1. No piledriver requests will be accepted in 5-minute matches. Piledriver requests in 5-minute matches will be immediately rejected by the Liberty Pro staff.
  2. A limit of one (1) piledriver will be accepted in 10-minute matches, pending the approval of the Liberty Pro staff and all match participants.
  3. A limit of two (2) piledrivers will be accepted in 15-minute matches, pending the approval of the Liberty Pro staff and all match participants.
  4. A limit of three (3) piledrivers will be accepted in 20-minute matches, pending the approval of the Liberty Pro staff and all match participants.
At Liberty Pro Women's Wrestling, we prioritize the safety of all match participants. Due to the increasing volume of requests for certain moves, the Liberty Pro staff will use its discretion in accepting or rejecting match requests that may compromise the health and safety of all match participants.
OTHER ACTIONS
Any requests mentioning or referencing similar actions to any of the following will not be accepted:
  1. smelling
  2. sniffing
  3. stink face
  4. tickling
  5. wedgies
  6. excessive low blows, crotch or groin torture
At Liberty Pro Women's Wrestling, we prioritize the comfort of all match participants. Due to the increasing volume of requests for certain actions, the Liberty Pro staff will use its discretion in accepting or rejecting match requests that may compromise the comfort of any match participants.
Gimmick *
If your match has a specific gimmick, select Other and describe your gimmick as a match. For example: "Chain Match" or "Hardcore Match" or "I Quit Match"  or "Last Woman Standing Match" etc. or a match gimmick name you have created. No sexually explicit content, as determined by the Liberty Pro staff, will be allowed.
