Complete the following form each week you would like to attend BSH. Please only sign up for ONE support session each day.   Students should report to room 233 no later than 2:50.  Student are NOT allowed to leave the building and return. BSH runs from 3:05 - 4:05. Bus transportation is provided to central hubs.
