Certificate in Fiqh Level-2 is a Two-Years (Four Semesters) Certificate Program based on the Dars Nizami Curriculum. We will be using “Mukhtasar al-Quduri” مختصر القدورى by Imam Abul Husayn Ahmed Al-Quduri (362-428 AH) as the textbook for this course. Al-Mukhtasar, the jurisprudential treatise of Imam al-Quduri, has enjoyed far more popularity than any other text in the Hanafi school. It is the nucleus around which laws revolve and the foundation upon which other texts, commentaries and summaries are based.

The course will cover issues enveloping various aspects of life, including Fiqh of Worship (Purification, Salah, Funeral, Zakah, Fasting and Hajj); Fiqh of Interpersonal Relations (Buying and Selling, Riba, Partnership and Waqf), Fiqh of Nikah, Talaq and Khula; Fiqh of Hudood and Fiqh of Will and Inheritance etc. The First Semester of the Course is scheduled to start on Saturday, September 10, 2022, Insha Allah and the Fourth Semester will end in May 2024. The classes will be held every Saturday from 12:00 pm to 1:30 pm.
