Welcome to our online survey on youth inclusion in the Bioeconomy (BE). BE is an emerging sector that aims to provide sustainable solutions within and across all economic sectors and enable a transformation towards a sustainable economy through the production, use and conservation of biological resources, including knowledge, science, technology and innovation (IACGB, 2020). However, to ensure the success of the BE, it is crucial to involve and engage young people.

This survey aims to gather insights from BE actors on their awareness, interest, and involvement in the BE. We want to understand the challenges and opportunities people face when participating in this sector and gather ideas and recommendations for enhancing youth inclusion in the BE.
