* Please note we DO NOT rehome to families with young children ( 5 years and under) unless exceptional circunstances
Some of our dogs are located in Spain and will travel once reserved for adoption and deposit paid. Some of our dogs have already travelled to foster homes in the UK.
Adoption fee is £595 unless otherwise stated. This includes a £20 VAT fee paid to HMRC post Brexit. It also includes transport cost to most areas of the UK.
A non refundable deposit of £150 will be payable upon a successful home check and the dog will be reserved for you. (Note - We WILL refund this amount if the dog is unable to travel to you as a result of anything we are responsible for).
Adoption fees to France and within Spain are 250 E plus any transport costs with a similar non refundable deposit of 100E. For other EU countries including Germany, Holland, Luxembourg and Sweden please speak to us for further information and to obtain a quote.
NB Regarding transport cost to the UK there MAY be supplementary transport fees to pay to some areas including Scotland, Wales, Devon and Cornwall. There MAY also be a supplement for a home delivery rather than collecting your dog from a meeting point. We will advise you of any additional costs during the course of your application prior to you reserving your dog and paying your deposit.
ALL transporters are fully licenced and operate independently with no affiliation to MDRS Rescue.
Adoption fees are payable to the rescue directly either via PayPal to:

All our dogs are microchipped, vaccinated against rabies, health vaccinated and health checked by a vet, travel with a valid EU passport, and are laboratory blood tested for the main Mediterranean diseases- Leishmaniasis, Filaria ( Heartworm ), Erlichia, Anaplasma and either Babesia or Rickettsia depending on which area of Spain they come from.
We now also have a Brucellosis test done at the laboratory for dogs traveling to the UK given the current demands from many UK vets and APHA. In most cases our dogs are also neutered.
(Note: for health reasons we do not neuter dogs under 8 months old. You will be required to neuter them in the UK and provide proof of this as part of your Puppy Contact.)
All the blood tests are included in our Adoption Donation costs.
If you require a Kennel Cough vaccination prior to transport these are an extra £20. Please let us know in advance
Martingale secure collars can also be bought for your dog . These are £16 each.
