Медійна ініціатива за права людини презентує комплексне дослідження «Анатомія систематичного злочину: як Росія переслідує цивільне населення».

У новому звіті МІПЛ реконструює злочини росіян проти мирних жителів під час окупації північних регіонів України та доводить, що переслідування цивільних — не поодинокі випадки жорстокості російських солдатів, а систематична, послідовна та цілеспрямована політика військового і політичного керівництва РФ.

On December 17, the Media Initiative for Human Rights (MIHR) will present a comprehensive study titled “Anatomy of Systematic Crime: How Russia Persecutes Civilians.”

In this new report, MIHR reconstructs Russian crimes against civilians during the occupation of Ukraine’s northern regions and proves that the persecution of civilians is not isolated cruelty by individual soldiers but a systematic, consistent, and deliberate policy of Russia’s military and political leadership.
