1. Confirmation of Engagement: If successfully chosen, your engagement to be a workshop facilitator will be confirmed via e-mail from RIUH.

2. Transportation & Delivery Costs: Transportation and delivery cost in participating in RIUH shall fully be borne by you.

3. Workshop Placement: RIUH reserves the right to decide and change on the placement of your workshop area on the day(s) of the event.

4. Curation: RIUH reserves the right to curate the workshop area decorations.

5. Changes: RIUH reserves the right to make any last minute changes and decisions including but not limited to participation, event date, workshop area placement, payment method and terms.

6. Buntings: Any display of buntings are prohibited unless permission is obtained.

7. No Partnership: Your participation and agreement to the terms herein do not constitute a partnership in law between the parties.

8. Liability & Indemnity: The holding legal entity for RIUH shall not be liable for any claims or legal action taken against you and shall not be liable for any loss or damage to your property and belongings from theft, fire or any other caused beyond its control. The holding legal entity for RIUH shall not be liable to you in respect of loss of profits, income, goodwill, loss of business, loss of anticipated revenue or economic loss howsoever caused. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RIUH's directors, staff, volunteers and contractors from all claims, demands, damages and liability.

9. Security & Safety: The security and safety of your property, products and employees shall be your responsibility at all times. RIUH shall not be liable for the security of your property, products and employees.

10. No alcohol, obscene or political content: You are not permitted to sell alcohol, display any obscene or politically motivated content or products.

11. Cleanliness & Hygiene: You shall maintain cleanliness and hygiene at a high standard and shall be responsible for the clean up and disposal of rubbish within the vicinity of the workshop area.

12. No disruption or trespass: You shall not disrupt or trespass vendors or cause nuisance to the other participants and visitors to RIUH.

13. Right to refuse or cancel: RIUH reserves the right to refuse or cancel at any time your participation without providing reasons. In the event of RIUH's refusal or cancellation, your payments will be honoured within 7 working days from the date of refusal or cancellation.

14. Other terms & guidelines: You shall be bound by other terms and guidelines that may be imposed or communicated by RIUH.
