Having at least one rep is recommended and will be considered for participation selection.
Each booth space is 10' x 10' and includes an 8' table, table cover, and ice as needed. A $50 donation to the sponsoring organization is requested from each brewery/distillery and is due upon selection notification. *

We prefer that each brewery/distillery select the beer/beverages they would most like to showcase. We do reserve the right to request additional choices and/or substitutions should we find it necessary to increase the overall variety of beverages offered. Please indicate if any of your preferred featured beverages are gluten free or otherwise suitable for those dietary restrictions. We do recommend 1/6- or 1/4-barrel keg sizes for draft beer/beverages to allow for maximum variety within the budget.

Please select the payment methods that we may use when paying your order invoice.
VIP BEVERAGES - If you would like one of your beers/beverages to be considered for VIP selection, please list one or more choices for us to consider.
We will choose up to 4 VIP beverage selections. Up to 250 VIP ticket holders are anticipated. If we select one of your beers/beverages for our VIP guests, the invoiced cost will be in addition to the final budget amount. Listing beers/beverages for VIP consideration does not guarantee selection by our committee.
Other than the cost of beer/beverage and keg deposits, please list and detail any and all additional fees, charges, or minimum order amounts you require as a condition of your participation. Advanced authorization by the HITH event committee is required. *

No one under the age of 21 is permitted inside the event area at any time including: setup, event hours, and post event breakdown. Please acknowledge below. We appreciate your understanding and compliance.

Brewery/distillery selections will be made by our selection committee throughout the application period. We will notify applicants of our decision ASAP or by no later than 5 days after the application submission deadline.
