Photos should be Black and White or Color.  Two entries are allowed per competitor. One participant per form. Mini through Senior Age Divisions only.

Forms, photo submissions, and payment ($30/per photo) are due TWO weeks before the competition begins.  Entries will not be accepted at events. (If you are sending two photos, the total cost would be $60.)
